Our hotel provides a 24/7 reception service.

The 24-hour internal or external telephone lines are also accessible for “wake-up” service.

For internal room- to – room call: By dialing the room number directly.

For external call: Selecting digit 9, you will hear the sound of the available line, then you can dial the preferable number you wish.

Arrivals

The scheduled arrival time, or check into the room is at 14:00.

There could be the possibility of checking in earlier than the scheduled time, however depending on the condition of the room and in consultation with the reception.

Standard rooms

The standard rooms in Regina Mare are from 18-22 sq.m., and available for:

• use as a single room, including two single beds or a double bed,
• use as a double room, including two single beds or a double bed,
• use as a triple room, including a double bed and a single bed or three single beds.

All Standard rooms have natural light and balcony. Also, to facilitate the comfort of your stay, the room is air conditioned, has satellite TV, a safe box, free of charge wireless internet access (Wi-Fi), and a telephone line for internal or external connection.

Premium Rooms

The upgraded rooms of Regina Mare Hotel, which have recently been renovated, with a modern texture decoration are from 18-24 sq.m., and available for:

• use as a single room, including two single beds or one double bed,
• use as a double room, including two single beds or one double beds
• use as a triple room, including a double and a single bed or three single beds.

Each Premium room at Regina Mare Hotel has its natural light and balcony. They are equipped with individual air conditioning units, a mini-fridge, flat-screen TV with Greek and satellite channels, electronic door lock with room identification, a safe box, free of charge wireless internet access (Wi-Fi), digital telephone line for internal or external connection, hairdryer, electric iron and ironing board, bathrobes and slippers .

Premium Connecting Rooms

The upgraded connecting rooms of the Regina Mare Hotel, which have recently been renovated, are from 18-24 sq.m. have an internal connecting door. However, they have two entrances, two separate balconies and balcony doors.

They were built in 2019, consisting with all the modern comforts and decorations to make your stay pleasant. They are ideal solutions either for families with children or for adults, capable of accommodating from 4 to 6 people, as they include 2-3 beds each connecting room.

Superior Rooms

Our 26 sq.m. superior rooms, with modern decoration and recently renovated, are an excellent choice for your vacation.

The rooms are widely spaced out, bedroom area and living room area separated by columns. The room consists of a double bed with air conditioning units, a mini-fridge, slippers, bathrobes, sofa, and a coffee table. Also, they have a flat-screen TV, with Greek and satellite programs, a safe box with netbook dimensions, free wireless internet access (Wi-Fi), and a digital telephone line, for internal and external use. The bathroom has a shower and jacuzzi, This category of rooms can accommodate up to 4 people (family).

Junior Suites
Our modern 28 sq.m Junior Suites are adequately equipped for a pleasant stay. They consist of a living room and a bedroom, including an individual a/c, mini-fridge, work desk, slippers, bathrobes, hairdryer, bathroom with bathtub and Jacuzzi, sofa, and coffee table.
Additionally, they have a balcony with separate balcony doors, two TVs with satellite programs, a safe-box in netbook dimensions, free wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) and digital telephone line. Our Junior Suites can accommodate up to 4 people.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is available in the buffet on the ground floor, between 07:00 – 10:15, or in a special breakfast package (take away) upon request.
It is also available in the room with an additional cost.

Food and Beverage

Our hotel has a high standard level restaurant and bar with modern textures, consisting of an outdoor area – terrace, on the ground floor.

Lunch service is “ala carte” and dinner is either buffet combining with a daily menu or “a la carte.” A catalog of various beverages hot or cold is also available.

IMPORTANT: Please note that for food safety and hygiene regulations food or drinks are prohibited to be transferred outside the hotel or to the rooms.

ROOM SERVICE

Room service is provided between 08:00 – 23:00 (15 hours availability).

Housekeeping

Rooms are cleaned and tidied up daily until 15:00. Towels and bathrobes (where provided) are changed every two days, and the bed linen every three days. If for whatever reason you require extra towels, or pillows, or even and ironing board (where not provided), please do not hesitate to let us know. For additional cleaning services, please contact the Reception.

NON-SMOKING ROOMS

All our hotel rooms are non-smoking; therefore, we draw to your attention that no smoking is allowed in the room, but only outside on your balcony.

HOTEL TOWELS

Guests are kindly requested not to use the hotel’s white bath towels for the beach. We would like to inform you that in case of their loss, you will have to pay a relevant fee.

AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. You are kindly requested to use the remote control to adjust the air conditioning temperature. If you need any assistance or have any questions about the user’s instructions, please do not hesitate to contact our reception for assistance.

IMPORTANT For the a/c to work you must at all times have the balcony door.

DO NOT DISTURB If you do not wish to receive a phone call, please inform the reception, however internal room calls cannot be avoided!

KIND TIP to remember: Please switch off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the room, and also leave your key at reception.

SAFE-BOXES-VALUABLE ITEMS

The hotel does not bear any responsibility for a possible loss of your valuables. We recommend to all our customers to use the safe-box that is available free of charge in the rooms or at the reception area.

INTERNET

Wireless internet is available in all rooms, and as well in all public areas of the hotel. If you face any problem with your connection, please contact the Host.

IRONING SERVICE

There is a specific area in the hotel where you can iron your clothes. For further details, please contact a member of our staff.

AIRPORT – TRANSPORT

Macedonia Airport of Thessaloniki is about 80kms away from the hotel, and takes about a 1-hour drive by car. If you would like to arrange a transfer from the airport, the reception team will be at your disposal to assist you.

Your departure time from the room is 11:00 am. ELEVATOR

The hotel has one (1) elevator. For your safety, we kindly ask you to respect the weight limit and the user’s instructions posted in the cabin. An Important Notice: Please do not allow children under the age of 12 to use the lift without being accompanied by an adult.

Pets are not allowed in all areas of the hotel.

In case of fire, please follow the staff’s instructions and the escape plan, which is posted in every room.

Avoid panic and don’t use elevator.

PARKING

Our hotel provides fenced parking for your car, in a walking distance from the hotel. For your best service: (a) state your car number at the reception and ask for the gate key, (b) carefully park your car in between the auxiliary lines provided, and (c) do not forget to lock the sliding door after parking your car.

Safety Rules

Swimming

For your safety, please avoid swimming in the sea for at least 3 hours after eating.

Car Accidents

Please do not forget that a car accident can happen to anyone. If you are renting a car or motorbike, we recommend for you to drive carefully and definitely not after the consumption of alcohol. Respect the Traffic Law and always use a helmet when riding a motorcycle or a safety belt for all passengers in the vehicle.

EARTHQUAKE

Earthquakes in Greece are a common phenomenon. So, in such cases, if you are in bed, do not panic. Just lie on the floor next to your bed in a fetal position until the earthquake stops. Strictly avoid using the elevator during an earthquake.
